Cancellation and No-Show Policy (Simulator bookings)
Solo sessions (no instructor)

Sessions with an instructor
Instructor fees are **$50/hr** (Aviator and other standard plans) or **$40/hr** (Captain).

There is no separate cancellation fee on top of the instructor fee. A late cancellation means Jaybird keeps the instructor fee for that session.
No-shows
No-shows may incur a **$50** policy fee and may affect booking privileges.
Jaybird may waive fees where appropriate (e.g., documented emergencies), in its sole discretion.
Published text mirrors the active rows in agreement_templates (versioned). Signed snapshots are stored in signed_agreements at onboarding and checkout events. Have Arizona counsel review before treating any clause as final advice.
