What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone, date of birth, emergency contact), usage data (sessions, hours, equipment used), and payment metadata (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number).

How we use it

To provide the service, run your account, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts), improve the product, and — only with your opt-in — send marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers strictly necessary to operate (Supabase for hosting, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, Sentry for errors). We never sell or rent your data.

Published text mirrors the active rows in agreement_templates (versioned). Signed snapshots are stored in signed_agreements at onboarding and checkout events. Have Arizona counsel review before treating any clause as final advice.
